Tasked with building a full page graphic about the Martin Next Generation Solar Energy Center, field research was done on site with a tour, diagrams, and photo documentation. Information was gathered on how the solar panels were constructed, how each works, the overall process, and other state solar statistics.

Main solar panels were built, textured, and positioned in 3d. Infographic layout done in Adobe Illustrator. This infographic received an Award of Excellence from SND.

Sketch and building 3d pieces

Original sketch had a different angle of the solar panel which was changed to be more dynamic for the final design. Additionally, sketches are shown explaining how I broke down the pieces and built them in Illustrator, to then transfer to the 3d program.
